This program of gym is to help your kids grow strong and flexible  They’ll develop new skills and make loads of new friends while staying fit and healthy.

This popular gym class is held twice a week. We welcome children to join in these short classes as an introduction to us and hopefully to try other classes in the main school of dance. Tumbling, stretching and strengthening is fantastic for keeping the kids super fit. A real confidence booster.

We have the youngest pupils in one gym class and older pupils in the other. They love it so much – some attend both! A completely different discipline is learned here and of course the music helps when it’s bang up to date.

11 years and over. Grace and strength are required and quickly learned. Watch out for the 'no handed cartwheels'
